Introduction

Pin Hsiao & Associates L.L.C. d/b/a Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery (“we,” “us,” “Sponsor” or “Antonina’s”) is excited you have decided to participate in the “Find a Store Weekly Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”). These official rules (“Official Rules”) set forth the terms and conditions under which an individual can participate in the Promotion. Each person who participates in the Promotion (“Entrant” or “you”) acknowledges and agrees that these Official Rules and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://antoninasgfbakery.com/policies-rules (together, the “Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

You also agree that your entry and/or participation in this Promotion indicates your agreement to the Rules without modification. If you do not agree to the Rules or any portion of them, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion.

Please read these Rules carefully—they affect your legal rights, including, without limitation, your right to sue. Our contact information is listed at the end of these Rules.

Finally, by entering and participating in this Promotion, you represent, warrant and agree that you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of legal majority where you reside (legal United States Residents only), have the legal authority to provide the information, waive and release the Claims (defined below) described in these Rules and agree to accept the decisions of Antonina’s as final and binding as they relate to the terms and winner of this Promotion.

SPONSOR

As indicated above, the sponsor of the Promotion is Pin Hsiao & Associates L.L.C. d/b/a Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery, 914 Valley Avenue NW, Building 3, Suite 102, Puyallup, WA 98371

ELIGIBILITY; ADDITIONAL COSTS

The Promotion is open to any legal resident of the 50 United States, excluding Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia, who is at least eighteen (18) years old and has reached the age of legal majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she/they reside, except that the following individuals are not eligible to enter or participate in the Promotion: (a) any individual on the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control’s (“OFAC”) Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list (“SDN List”) and all other sanction lists administered by OFAC, including the Foreign Sanctions Evaders List, the Non-SDN Iran Sanctions Act List, the Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List, the List of Foreign Financial Institutions Subject to Correspondent Account or Payable-Through Account Sanctions and the Non-SDN Palestinian Legislative Council List as specified at https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov; (b) residents of any jurisdiction against which the United States has imposed trade sanctions such that their residents’ entry into and/or participation in this Promotion is prohibited; or (c) employees of Antonina’s, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to verify eligibility requirements in our sole discretion.

Any additional costs associated with your participation in the Promotion, including, if applicable, your redemption of the Prize (as defined below), will be your responsibility, unless otherwise indicated below or required by law.

HOW TO ENTER

We are offering this Promotion via Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook only, so you must have an account with at least one of these social media platforms to enter. Create an account, if you don’t have one, then log in to your account and follow the instructions on the post!

Find a retailer on the store locator and comment your retailer on the post;

If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility in our sole discretion. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Rules or specifications may be disqualified in our sole discretion.

All entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder (defined below) at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the social media account by Instagram, TikTok and/or Facebook. All entries become the property of Antonina’s and will not be returned to you. All entries must be submitted from a valid social media account that may be identified with a natural person by appropriate independent means. Potential winners may be requested to provide Antonina’s with proof that the potential winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the social media account associated with the winning entry.

ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Weekly Promotion Period (as defined below).

THE PRIZE AND PRIZE TERMS

Winners will receive three (3) free product coupons with a value of up to $9.99 per coupon, for a total value of up to $29.97 (the “Coupons”), redeemable at retailers who carry Antonina’s gluten-free bakery products for any of those products the retailer carries (the “Prize”).

Only one Coupon is redeemable per product purchased and Coupons may not be combined with any other promotions. Additional terms and conditions may apply if indicated on the individual Coupons.

The Prize has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

COUPONS EXPIRE DECEMBER 31, 2026, which is also indicated on the back of each Coupon.

The total value of all Prizes is $599.40

PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion consists of four (4) weekly promotions. The Promotion as a whole begins in the United States at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on October 9, 2026, and closes at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 2, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The weekly Promotions run from Friday to Monday each week and each begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on following dates (each a “Weekly Promotion Period”):

First Weekly Promotion: October 9-12

Second Weekly Promotion: October 16-19

Third Weekly Promotion: October 23-26

Fourth Weekly Promotion (Final): October 30-November 2

We take no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries due to trade disruptions, human error, or for any other reason. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Each week during the Promotion Period after the applicable Weekly Promotion period closes, we will randomly select five (5) entrants from all entries received during the applicable Weekly Promotion Period to win the Prize for that week.

We will notify winners via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter. Winners will only be contacted by our official Antonina’s account and we will never ask a potential winner for payment or credit card information to claim a Prize. If we message a potential winner and do not receive a response to our message and any additional information we request within 48 hours, we will make one more attempt to contact that individual. If we do not receive a response within an additional 48 hours, the potential winner may be disqualified and the Prize forfeited, and we may, or where required by applicable law will, randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Promotion Period.

We are not responsible for lost or deleted messages or failure to receive messages due to entrants’ security settings or other technical issues on the social media platforms.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond as noted above, and/or is otherwise disqualified as permitted in the Rules, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. In that event, we may, or where required by applicable law will, randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Promotion Period, subject to the same requirements. Receiving the Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules.

Entries and Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. If a selected winner does not claim or redeem the Prize, we may, or where required by applicable law will, randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Weekly Promotion Period and award the Prize to that alternate winner, subject to these Rules and applicable law. If no alternate winner is selected or is able to accept the Prize, the Prize will be handled as required by applicable law. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. All characteristics and features of the Prize except as otherwise explicitly stated above are at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. No substitution, cash redemption, sale or transfer of the Prize (or any portion thereof) is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. If the Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute such Prize (or portion thereof) with an equivalent prize of equal or greater value, except as otherwise provided herein.

THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EACH WINNER OF THE PRIZE AGREES THAT SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES (THE “PROMOTION PARTIES”), HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZE(S), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY, CONDITION, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY A WINNER (AT ANTONINA’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN A WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE PRIZE, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Any federal, provincial, state and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Rules, including, without limitation, costs of redeeming the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

No entrant is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her/them as a winner in accordance with these Rules.

PRIZE DELIVERY AND REDEMPTION

Coupons will be mailed to the winners’ addresses as specified in the applicable winner’s return direct message. Once you receive the Prize, follow the instructions in these Rules and specified on the individual Coupons to redeem the Prize at participating retailers. We are not responsible for any Coupons that are illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, forged, cut, torn, contain printing, typographical or other errors, distributed where prohibited by law or obtained unlawfully, and such Coupons will be void.

Winner must redeem each Prize component no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2026, or the Coupons will expire and the redeemable Prize will be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The timely redemption of a Prize is solely the responsibility of the entrant. As indicated above, not all retail locations selling our products will redeem Coupons. Also, not all locations will redeem all three (3) Coupons at once. Retailers hold the sole discretion to redeem Coupons per their store policies over which Antonina’s has no control.

DISQUALIFICATIONS

Antonina’s reserves the right to disqualify any entry if we become aware that the entry is not submitted in accordance with the Rules. We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and participants (including, without limitation, proof of identity, age and residency). Antonina’s may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entry that in the opinion of Antonina’s, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process and/or the operation of the Promotion, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Rules or who has, in Antonina’s’ opinion, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion or Antonina’s. Antonina’s also has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to multiple entries from the same user from different social media handles; multiple entries from the same account in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any platform or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Antonina’s reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK; WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Please read this section particularly carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to sue.

You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Promotion, and, if applicable, your acceptance, redemption and utilization of the Prize, is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own risk, and you agree to assume all such risk, including, without limitation, risk of property damage, bodily injury or death, and all other damage or potential damage, whether known or unknown to you.

Without limiting any obligations under these Rules, you agree to release and forever give up and waive your right to sue or claim against the Promotion Parties any and all claims, causes of action, suits, liabilities, losses, harm, damages, costs or expenses (collectively, “Claims”) whether known or unknown to you, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, defamation or invasion of privacy, infringement of publicity rights, and issues relating to merchandise delivery, arising out of, caused by, resulting from or relating to this Promotion, the Rules, your participation in the Promotion, our use of your Personal Information (defined below) as permitted herein, and/or your use or misuse of the Prize. Please note that this waiver and release specifically extend to Claims or portions of Claims alleging or arising as the result of Promotion Parties’ negligence. You acknowledge and agree that the foregoing waiver and release will be binding on your heirs, estate, successors and permitted assigns.

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or involved in the administration of this Promotion, and this Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of them. By entering or participating in the Promotion, you release and hold harmless Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Meta, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all Claims arising out of or relating to your participation in the Promotion or any Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or Meta, and that your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You specifically waive the protections of the following law and acknowledge and agree that the Claims described in the following are included in your waiver and release above:

California Civil Code Section 1542: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES.

Please also read this section particularly carefully as it also affects and limits your ability to recover for any damages you may suffer in connection with this Promotion.

Without limiting your waiver and release of Claims above, you acknowledge and agree that we assume no responsibility or liability in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise to you for any of the following: lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, illegible, corrupted or altered entries, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission of entries, any communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries, alteration of entries, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, malicious code, hacking, or cybersecurity breach, failure of any entries to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, any incidental, special, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind or nature whatsoever in connection with, arising out of, or related to, the Rules or any other transactional agreements, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other persons' computers or smartphone devices related to or resulting from your participation or download of any materials in this Promotion.

We will not be liable for any Claim, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage that is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s or entity’s negligence) in connection with participation in the Promotion or redemption, acceptance or utilization of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum extent allowable by law).

Additionally, Antonina’s aggregate liability to all entrants for any unwaived Claims arising out of, or related to, this Promotion or these Rules, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, will not exceed the aggregate Prize value, whether or not you or we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Except as expressly provided herein, Antonina’s makes no warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We hereby specifically disclaim all implied warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from and against, and will reimburse the Promotion Parties for, any and all Claims brought by third parties against one or more of the Promotion Parties (including, without limitation, any losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of such Claims) to the extent arising out of, or relating to, your violation of the Rules including, without limitation, your breach of your warranty set forth above.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Promotion, you agree that Antonina’s may use personal details for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, including, without limitation, the use of email, direct mail and social media marketing communications. We will collect certain information about you as part of the entry process and as part of the Prize awarding and redemption process, as discussed below (“Promotion Information”), which may include, without limitation, information that can be used to identify you, such as your first and last name, physical address, social media handles, age, government identification numbers, photos and images of you, and your mobile number (“Personal Information”). By participating in this Promotion, you grant us the right to use all Promotion Information: (a) for the purpose of operating and administering the Promotion; and (b) as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

If you are a Prize winner, we may also disclose (i) your first and last name, city and state of residence via social media and our website(s) as a winner of the Promotion; and (ii) your first initial, last name and city and state of residence to any third party who requests that we provide them with a list of winners.

We will not provide your Personal Information to any third party other than (i) as provided for in these Rules; (ii) to our contractors, agencies and business partners who may assist us with the business purposes described in these Rules but only to the extent required for them to do so and (iii) as required by applicable law (including, without limitation, to governmental or taxing authorities).

CANCELLATION/SUSPENSION

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event that prevents, hinders, delays, or interferes with our determination of a Prize winner (including, but not limited to, computer virus, vandalism, power failure, natural disaster, act of God, civil unrest, strike, extraordinary act by a governmental authority, terrorism, widespread unavailability of supplies, materials, fire, labor dispute, war, public disaster, pandemic, or endemic) or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature, we may in our sole discretion cancel the Promotion and/or Prize arrangements and recommence it at a later date. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, for any other reason, including, but not limited to, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by us in our sole discretion. If we modify the Promotion, or these Rules, we will place notification on this page. Any attempt by any person or entity to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such person or entity to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any term of the Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of them.

DISPUTES

By entering this Promotion, you agree to the Rules and our decisions about and interpretation of and in connection with them, all of which are final and binding in all respects. This Promotion and the Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States without regard to its conflicts of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Washington for the adjudication of any Claims or disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Promotion and the Rules.

We will honor all requests received during the Promotion Period and for sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period. Requests received after that time will not be fulfilled.

WINNERS LIST

An official winners list will be provided upon written request to us at info@antoninasglutenfreebakery.com for up to sixty (60) days after the end of the Promotion Period unless a longer period is required by law.
